IDEM (IDEntity Management per l’accesso federato), è la Federazione italiana di Infrastrutture di Autenticazione e Autorizzazione della comunità dell’istruzione e della ricerca. La Federazione IDEM è gestita e coordinata dal Consortium GARR.
IDEM GARR consente l'accesso diretto, da postazioni esterne alla rete di Ateneo, alle principali piattaforme di risorse elettroniche in abbonamento, autenticandosi con le credenziali Unicam ed evitando l'attivazione del servizio alternativo UnicamProxy.
La procedura di autenticazione è pressoché identica da piattaforma a piattaforma.

• accedere alla risorsa che si desidera consultare
• cliccare su log in/sign in
• selezionare l'opzione di accesso istituzionale: Institution login, Shibboleth login, Login via your home Institution, ecc. (NO login via Athens, NO OpenAthens login NO autenticazioni personali con username e password)
• selezionare la rete o gruppo di appartenenza: Italy - IDEM GARR o Italian Higher Education & Research e poi la nostra Università, oppure, in alcuni casi, sarà possibile selezionare direttamente l'Università di Camerino dall'elenco delle istituzioni) (attenzione: talvolta l'Ateneo è identificato con la forma inglese "University of Camerino");
• nella maschera che compare inserire l'indirizzo e-mail istituzionale completo e la relativa password
  (nome.cognome@unicam.it, nome.cognome@studenti.unicam.it) e consultare la risorsa desiderata

IDEM (IDEntity Management for federated access) is the Italian Federation of Authentication and Authorization Infrastructures of the education and research community. The IDEM Federation is managed and coordinated by the Consortium GARR.

IDEM GARR allows direct access, from workstations outside the University network, to the main electronic resource platforms under subscription, by authenticating with Unicam credentials and avoiding the activation of the alternative UnicamProxy service.

The authentication procedure is almost identical from platform to platform.

• access the resource you wish to consult
• click on log in/sign in
• select the institutional access option: Institution login, Shibboleth login, Login via your home Institution, etc. (NO login via Athens, NO OpenAthens login, NO personal authentication with username and password)
• select the network or group of affiliation: Italy - IDEM GARR or Italian Higher Education & Research and then our University, or, in some cases, it will be possible to directly select the University of Camerino from the list of institutions) (note: sometimes the University is identified with the English form "University of Camerino");
• in the form that appears, enter the full institutional email address and the related password
  (nome.cognome@unicam.it, nome.cognome@studenti.unicam.it) and consult the desired resource
